2 BEDROOMS AND DEN AND TWO FULL BATHS IN THE CORINTHIAN CONDOMINIUM, 1401 N. Rhodes St., Arlington, VA 22209. Located 3 short blocks from the Courthouse metro, a very popular area with Whole Foods, many great international restaurants and shops nearby, very popular. The main attraction of this condo is its really huge rooms and it's den. It is one third larger than most 2 bed room apartments in Arlington, which have around 1000 square feet. The apartment is 1314 square feet plus a 5 by 20 feet balcony, making a total of 1414 square feet. The living room is 21 by 22 feet and has a den extending from it. The energy efficient windows are 8 feet high, from floor to ceiling, which lets in plenty of light and custom drapes. The kitchen has a CORIAN countertop with built-in CORIAN sink and pull-out faucet. The wall to wall beige carpet throughout the apartment goes with any color furniture, marbleized ceramic tile on the floors in both baths and kitchen, and beautiful decorator ceramic tile on wall above kitchen sink, a large walk-in closet that will hold 100 dresses on the left side and 100 shirts on the right side and washer/dryer in the master bath. Tenant pays only $2500 rent and electricity. .Many apartments in the area advertise a rent of $2500 to $3000 but the tenant has to pay $300 or $400 more for parking, water, gas, amenities, etc. The move-in fee is only $50. The security deposit is one month's rent. There is no charge for water, trash removal, parking or anything else, such as amenity fees. TV cable and internet are paid for by the tenant. The apartment is cable ready for Verizon FIOS. No pets or smokers or fish tanks are allowed. A 1 year lease is the minimum but a 2 or 3 year lease at the same rent is preferable. There is a reserved ground level storage locker for boxes, suitcases, etc. and a storage room for bikes. The lobby, elevator, and corridors are kept immaculately clean.
