The apartment features a powerful central AC and heating system, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and electric stove, all less than five years old. There are washer/dryer hookups. A washer/dryer can be included for an extra $1000 one-time payment. One parking space in a clicker-controlled garage is included. WIFI is through Spectrum and costs $55 / month. Electric is through Austin Electric and costs about $40 / month depending primarily on AC usage.
