Built in 2014 and centrally located, The Seville is five minutes from downtown, 15 minutes for Austin Bergstrom International Airport, and less than two minutes from I-35 N/S. Trees afford privacy in the summer and the eastern light is perfect for sunrises and growing herbs and flowers on the balcony. The apartment features a powerful central AC and heating system, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and electric stove, all less than five years old. There are washer/dryer hookups. A washer/dryer can be included for an extra $1000 one-time payment. One parking space in a clicker-controlled garage is included. WIFI is through Spectrum and costs $55 / month. Electric is through Austin Electric and costs about $40 / month depending primarily on AC usage. Water and trash are through building management, with recycling and trash dumpsters located just outside the building. Pets are allowed for an additional deposit. The Seville is the perfect spot on the east side. It is more spacious and cheaper than any other building you will find in the area (Saltillo, Sentral, The Arnold etc.) You’ll be at the heart of this city with everything you need within walking distance – great restaurants, bars, cafes, and entertainment – more info below.
