About 140 E College Ave State College, PA 16801
The apartment is located directly across the street from Old Main lawn. There are currently five students living there. In December 2017, two of us will graduate, which will leave two bedrooms open from January-end of July 2018! So if you were to move in, you would be one of five sharing a kitchen, living area, and bathroom. However, you would have your own bedroom. The three who will be staying in the apartment during Spring 2018 are friends of mine, and are wonderful people who are easy to live with. One bedroom will be mostly furnished, and the other may be partially furnished (not sure yet). The living room is fully furnished, and the kitchen is fully furnished and stocked with cooking/baking things. Only rent is included in the monthly payment of $700. However, the property manager covers water and heating. Other utilities include: - Electricity (~$5 per person per month) - Internet/cable (~$12 per person per month) - Gas (~$5 per person per month) The rent is negotiable, especially if you sublet through both the Spring and Summer 2018. The two bedrooms in the photos are the two that are available. If you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to ask.
140 E College Ave is an apartment community located in Centre County and the 16801 ZIP Code.
