About This Property
The location of Turtle Bay runs from 45th to 48th Street on the east side of 5th Avenue. This building, the Guilford, is right in the middle with fabulous high-end restaurants, trendy stores, and attractions. City life is electric and motivating when you experience it. The lobby of the Guilford steps away from the activity providing a peaceful entry space with a pleasant doorperson to greet you. This apartment is a well structured area, laid out with hardwood floors, and excellent detailing in the walls and ceiling. The living area is spacious and has an accompanying kitchen that is separated by an L shaped granite countertop. It can be great for meal preparation, and some tall stools make for a great decoration option. The bedroom has volume and can accommodate a good extra large furniture option, from bedding to dressers. The bathroom is designed in a subway tile pattern and has the standard fixtures along with a step-in tub. This is a great place to get your energy recharged in the city while taking in all the great areas around. The price is decent as well, so this may go soon.
