Highland Woods II rents vary based on unit between $900-$910 per bed, and are on individual leases. Security deposit is the same amount as the rent, with a $75 administration fee per tenant. The rental price includes standard Skyline Skybest Internet, on-site trash dumpster and recycling, and a monthly utility allowance of $70 for water and electricity. No cable is provided. Free parking for tenants is available at this complex, with limited guest parking! Additionally, this complex is pet friendly for 1 pet per bedroom, so bring your furry friends along! There is a non-refundable $300 pet fee and $30 monthly pet rent. A limit of 1 dog per unit with size and breed restrictions may apply, so make sure to ask your leasing representative before applying.
