Could be rented furnished at an additional cost. Tenants pay all utilities and are responsible for snow and lawn care. There is a parking pad with 3 or 4 off street parking spaces for this house depending on the size of the cars. Pets will be considered on a case by case basis. A $30 Pet Rent and $250 Pet Deposit would be applicable.
