About 1360 W University Ave Gainesville, FL 32603
Sparknotes: On a scale from 0 to Dan Bilzerian's NYC Penthouse - this deal is a solid 8.7 - Will sublet four rooms in the Standard over the summer. VIP access upon request. - Each room is on a separate contract and may be rented individually - No downpayment as the offer is on a first come first serve basis. Three rooms left. The apartment is a 5 X 5, each room has its lock and bathroom. My one of my current roommates will stay in Gainesville over the summer (He is preparing for the MCAT). Currently, all male apartment but if you're female and are cool with two med students living here over the summer, there are there three rooms left. Otherwise, if you're looking for an all-female apartment I can introduce you to a friend - she is subleasing a 4 X 2. Most responsive by text 904-402-7676. Just say you're looking into the sublease and I'll reply within a few minutes. Cheers, Paul

It would be easy to characterize Gainesville as a pure college town—the University of Florida is home to over 50,000 students in a city of 130,000, and the campus is arguably the defining cultural hub of the community. Between the art exhibitions, concerts, lecture series, and, of course, the wildly popular Gator sporting events, the UF campus culture is a magnet for students, locals, and visitors alike.
But Gainesville has much more to offer than just an electric collegiate atmosphere. The historic Hippodrome State Theatre anchors the thriving Downtown district, which is packed with a vibrant assortment of bars, nightclubs, and restaurants. Local favorites like Flaco’s Cuban Bakery and Volta Coffee attract a steady stream of students and non-students alike at all hours of the day and night.
