Lancaster street is known around center square as one of the quietest streets because there is no through traffic directly from Lark Street, but it’s still located in the perfect spot! This apartment is walking distance from great bars and restaurants in the downtown area as well as the Empire State plaza, Lark Street, and Washington Park. The living room has exposed brick with a marble fireplace and new windows. In the kitchen there are brand new appliances(Fridge, electric stove, and dishwasher) an island, and a beautiful chandelier overlooking the whole space. The hallway also has a chandelier when you first enter the apartment. Throughout the hallway there are multiple closets for storage space. The bathroom has a new modern shower, tub, toilet, and sink. The bedroom also has closet space and a door to the backyard. The backyard is equipped with tables, chairs, and a small fire pit. There’s enough room for a garden as well. There is not a Laundry facility in the apartment building but no need to worry! Dirty Harry’s Laundromat is only half a block away!
