There was no surprise that she consistently was a top agent, qualifying for the circle of excellence annually. With Itzel being fluent in Spanish, she helped an additional market/demographic. This led to many referrals and families working with her. She enjoyed working with clients through their transition from renters to homeowners or homeowner to renters. Therefore, this naturally led her to the next step in her career in Real Estate, where she now has a bigger platform to help clients find their first home, an investment home, or a forever home, and everything in between.
