Property Ratings at 1340-1350 King
I’ve lived at 1350 king Ave for almost a year, here are some things I’ve dealt with: -Water damage in the ceilings -Washer and dryers barely work -old Window A-C had black mold in it -New window A-C barely cools apartment on max setting -No noise insulation in the walls -Sliding doors for closets come off track all the time -Oven doesn’t close all the way which makes it super hot in kitchen if you’re trying to make something in the oven -Creepy men in the parking lot -If you have an emergency with plumbing on a Saturday, they won’t come and fix it until Monday -Shower goes back and forth from hot and cold constantly -Hallways smell like weed most nights -People leave shopping carts in the parking lot -“Newly renovated” unit had scratches all over the floors, doors, and the walls -Doors are peeling??? -Kitchen sink stopped working all of a sudden, took over 24hrs for maintenance to arrive Glad I’m moving
