Rainier on a good day. The first floor includes a living room, kitchen, and dining area with air conditioning. The second floor houses two bedrooms with queen beds and a hallway bath with a bathtub and shower combo, heated only. The third floor features the primary bedroom with a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, also air-conditioned. The rooftop patio offers comfortable outdoor seating and stunning views. The kitchen is stocked with high-end appliances, cookware, silverware, servingware, spices, and a Keurig coffee and tea maker. High-quality beds, mattresses, pillows, and linens ensure comfortable sleeping. Enjoy the smart TV with Netflix and high-speed internet for streaming or remote work needs. Onsite washer and dryer are available for your laundry needs. Well-trained pets are welcome at $50 per pet. Please let us know if you’ll be bringing your pet and how many. Pet fee beyond one pet is processed manually post reservation confirmation. Paid public parking is available nearby. Pike/Pine Corridor - Capitol Hill: When people think of Capitol Hill, it’s often the Pike/Pine area. It’s an iconic Seattle neighborhood, a prominent hub for food, music, and nightlife. It is also an excellent neighborhood to live in. You’ll find pretty much everything here: Excellent brunch and coffee shops, fantastic dining and shopping, bustling nightlife and award-winning bars, world-class entertainment and live music, enviable transit options, and more! High walkscore and many dining, shopping, and entertainment options are within walking distance. Minutes walk to Capitol Hill Light Rail Station, which takes you to other parts of the town, including the airport. Highly recommending rideshare services! This townhome is not handicap friendly. Guests must be comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. Construction on 14th Ave is ongoing from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Refrain from parking in front of the construction site during these hours. Strictly no parties and events, quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, and no shoes in the home.
