Property Ratings at 1330 Gaylord Apartments
the manager of this place, John Something, rarely responds to emails or phone calls when it's an emergency. There is typically only one elevator that works, and when it is working, it's vandalized. I pay $100 a month for a parking spot that apparently was also on spothero... oh and they don't tow... so when someone is in your spot... sucks to suck I guess. There's a dead rodent in the wall and the management hasn't responded. My dishwasher and kitchen sink don't work. All the food that's left out since I'm unable to wash the dishes is attracting even more bugs.
I have lived here for the past two years. During that time only one of the elevators have worked at best. This morning I woke up once again to neither being functional. I have an elderly 100+ lb dog that has cancer in his front paw. Going down or up 7 flights up stairs in out of the question. I have had a work order for a repair/replacement since March. The work order is closed with no work completed. When reaching out to management I am guaranteed that a technician will arrive that day to complete this. Of course they never show. Management ignores emails. I’m boggled at what amenity fees they justify charging. There are cockroaches all year long. Save your money.
