Pets are not allowed and anyone found to have brought a pet onto the property will be fined $500. Parties or events are not allowed and if guests throw a party or event, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have extra guests that are not disclosed/reported in the initial booking, the booking party will be charged a deep cleaning fee which may be between $500-$700. Additionally, a charge for carpet cleaning will also be charged which is dependent on the size of the home. Guests are required to adhere to outdoor quiet hours (no music, loud talking or games) from 10pm to 7am, daily and failure to adhere to this rule can result in an additional fine of $100 per incident. If the housekeeping crew finds an unreasonable mess or anything is damaged, an additional cleaning fee of $50 per hour will be charged for each additional hour of cleaning or maintenance required. If any smoke debris or smell is identified during or after a guest’s stay, a $250 deep cleaning fee will apply. There will be a $50 fine per guest at the property in excess of the reserved number. Guests are not permitted to send or receive mail from this address during their stay. Accommodation or demands from rude, disrespectful, and/or discourteous guests may be refused and the stay may be terminated if guests continue to demonstrate such a pattern of communication.
