The Arts Condominium building is an ideal center city location at 13th & Locust, right next to a PATCO station and half a block away from the Walnut/Locust Broad Street subway line. 3 blocks away from City Hall. Building amenities include a state of the art 24hr fitness center, large laundry facilities, 24/7 front desk attendant/doorman, and a business center with free wi-fi!Generally, first month, last month, and one month security deposit due at, or prior to, lease signing. Other terms may be required by Landlord. $45 application fee per applicant. Tenant responsible for all building-required moving fees: $250 move-in fee. Pets are conditional on owner's approval and may require an additional fee, if accepted. (Generally $500/dog and $250/cat).
