This historic home, the Victorian on Garden, has been divided into two separate apartments and provides small groups a wonderful mix of places to gather while also enjoying the privacy of separate living areas. With 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, this dog-friendly retreat will be the perfect home base. The downstairs apartment features a spa-like bathroom and spacious living areas. The well-stocked kitchen has everything you need, including a washer-dryer with laundry detergent. The dining room is the heart of the apartment, with access to the living room, bedroom, and kitchen. The window-filled living room has a RokuTV and an extensive collection of CDs and records. The upstairs apartment features a lovely private patio with views of downtown. The retro kitchen has everything you need, including a washer-dryer with laundry detergent. The dining room allows you to easily enjoy your favorite meal or beverage outside on the private patio bar overlooking downtown Bellingham and the property's lovely gardens. The full bathroom is fully stocked. The cozy living room is the perfect place to unwind. Enjoy a book, play a game, watch your favorite show or movie (Netflix, Fubo, HBO Max and Disney+ included), or peruse the collection of DVDs. On-site parking is available. If you are traveling with a dog, there is a non-refundable pet fee for each dog to cover additional wear and tear and cleaning. Centrally located in the heart of Bellingham, the Victorian on Garden is just steps from the best of downtown Bellingham, diagonally across the street from a favorite grocery store, and just a few blocks from some of the best brewpubs, restaurants, coffee shops, stores, and bakeries in Bellingham. The house provides convenient access to hiking at Chuckanut, skiing at Mt Baker, or boating in Bellingham Bay. Quiet hours are observed between 9 p.m. and 9 a.m. There is absolutely no smoking or vaping (tobacco, cannabis, or other substances) or illegal drug use allowed inside the property, including in any screened porches or in any interior areas. A $500 smoke remediation fee will be assessed if you or any members of your group violate this policy. No parties or gatherings with outside guests are allowed within the home or on the premises, unless previously approved in writing by the host. If you bring more guests than are listed on your reservation (or approved by us), you agree to pay double the applicable guest fee, and if your group is disruptive, your group may be asked to leave the property and forfeit the remainder of your reservation without a refund. Disruptive, barking, and/or aggressive pets will be asked to leave, and you may forfeit any remaining nights on their reservation without a refund. [SI]
