The living room has super high ceilings and is very spacious, with a charming fireplace. Dedicated work space in the living room with an adjustable height desk. Bedrooms are located on opposite ends, so no noise can be heard from one room to another, perfect if two people want to share. Both bedrooms have premium quality king beds. Master bedroom has a balcony. Second room has a skylight, which has a lid that can be opened or closed with a switch. Premium washer and drier. Central air/heat. Great location! It's close to two metros, less than 10 min walk: Columbia Heights (including the shopping plaza with Target etc.), and U Street, with access to bars, restaurants and fitness places along 14th. 20 minutes walking to the heart of Adams Morgan, Logan Circle, and Dupont Circle. Also, 20 min walk to one of Rock Creek Park's entrances. Easy access to bus routes along 14th Street, 16th Street, and Georgia Ave (routes 52/54/59; S2/S9; 64; and 70/79). Rent is $3,700 per month including water and trash. 1 month security deposit required.
