This well-designed condo offers ample outdoor patio space perfect for small groups or solo travelers. The condo features a fully-equipped kitchen with an open kitchen-living-dining layout, perfect for entertaining. Relax in the spacious living room, which includes a sleeper sofa. High-end hotel sheets and pillowcases, a custom tile shower, and a large-screen smart TV are also provided. A parking pass for one vehicle in Ziegler Garage is included, located a 3-4 minute walk away. Additional vehicles can park in the same garage for approximately $10 per night. Enjoy the extensive outdoor patio space and seating, and a separate sunbathing deck. A free in-unit washer/dryer is also available. Situated right off Ziegler Park, this condo boasts a 94 walkscore, making it a walker's paradise. You'll find dozens of restaurants, bars, breweries, cafes, and ice cream parlors within a 5-minute walk. The free streetcar stop is conveniently located next door, providing easy access to all of downtown. It's also a short drive to major hospitals, making it ideal for travel nurses and doctors. Please be aware that the first floor has been partitioned into two separate condos, and you will share a wall with a self-contained apartment that has its own entrance. While a sound barrier has been installed, loud noises may occasionally carry between the units. Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without advance written consent, and violations may result in criminal trespassing charges. Quiet hours are observed from 9:30 pm to 8 am. Smoking of any kind, including tobacco, marijuana, incense, and candles, is not allowed inside the property. Violating house rules may result in reservation termination without refund and potential additional fees, including a $300 cleaning fee for smoking indoors, a $300 cleaning fee for excessive pet hair, and a $170 re-keying fee for unreturned keys. A minimum $300 cleaning fee applies for human biomaterial cleanup, and stains on carpets or linens will incur an $89 cleaning fee per item or the cost to replace. Units found in complete disorder may be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee. Stays longer than 14 days are subject to an additional $120 deep cleaning fee.
