Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without advance written consent, and violations may result in criminal trespassing charges. Quiet hours are observed from 9:30 pm to 8 am. Smoking of any kind, including tobacco, marijuana, incense, and candles, is not allowed inside the property.
