Close to 40 and a GoTriangle Bus line, our townhome is less than 10 minutes away from UNC-CH and 20 min from RDU. In a mature neighborhood, trees offer shade and privacy. Downstairs has a kitchen with standard appliances, kitchen nook with beautiful natural lights, and a spacious living room with a working wood fireplace. There is half bath right off the entryway as well. Upstairs hosts the master bed and bath, 2 other bedrooms with built-ins, another full bath, and the laundry appliances. We are open to renting it partially furnished or unfurnished. The rental fee includes access to the neighborhood pool when it's open May-September. The neighborhood has a real community feel.
