Outside of our welcoming and comfortable interior, you'll also be able to enjoy our intimate back patio, complete with a hanging egg chair, and additional furniture to soak up the sun. There are also two west facing balconies off of the Primary Suite and Bedroom 2, providing views towards A Mountain, Papago Park, and Camelback Mountain, allowing for some truly magnificent cityscape sunsets. Amenities included: balcony, central air, central heat, dishwasher, hardwood floors, pool, stainless steel appliance, updated kitchen, updated bathroom, storage, washer dryer, and yard. Date Available: May 1st 2024. $3,200/month rent. $1,500 security deposit required. Security deposit and first month's rent due at signing. Owner will cover all utilities (water, gas, electric, and wifi) for an additional $500/month, unless renter agrees to cover. Smoking not permitted. Small dogs (up to 20lbs) allowed.
