About This Property

This 3 bedroom home features beautiful decorative stained glass windows, a large bay window in the dining room, hardwood floors, a clawfoot tub in the upstairs bathroom, and a newly updated kitchen. The home also has central AC. The basement is partially finished with a cozy additional living area. One-car detached garage with additional carport space. Fully fenced-in area in the back of the house. No smoking. Showings by appointment only. The owner would ideally like a 13-16 month lease. The owner will have some items stored in a locked room that is part of the garage. The tenant pays for oil heat and hot water, electricity, and trash. The tenant is also responsible for landscaping, lawn maintenance, and snow removal. In addition, with all leases, there is a $ 39 monthly charge for the Tenant Benefits Package, which fulfills the $100,000 Liability Insurance Coverage requirement, provides 24/7/365 Emergency Maintenance Service, and much more. Application fee of $25 is required for all applicants over 18. 1st month's rent and 1-month security deposit to move-in. Household gross monthly income must be at least 3x the rental rate. The owner looks for a minimum credit score of 650. A monthly credit contingency fee will be charged if credit score is under 700.
