Fresh towels and bathroom essentials are provided, and the space is hotel-standard deep cleaned before arrival. Onsite parking is available, with additional parking information provided upon check-in. Certified service animals are allowed, with breed and pet restrictions subject to building management. Requests to bring a pet must be approved prior to booking, and an additional pet fee will be applied after booking. Any pets brought onto the property without approval will result in a $500 fee. Only dogs are permitted at pet-friendly properties. A one-pet-per-apartment limit is enforced. This apartment is centrally located, offering convenient access to the surrounding neighborhood. Please note that this is an apartment building and the availability or quality of amenities such as the elevator is not controlled by us and may be unavailable due to cleaning, maintenance, or other unexpected factors. Anything outside of the unit is not maintained by us. Smoking of any kind is never allowed at this property, including the balcony or patio, as well as all common and outdoor areas of the building. Any smoking violations will result in a $500 fee. Guests must observe quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Each apartment has a maximum occupancy limit, and no more than the specified number of guests can be on the premises at any given time. We cannot accept any package deliveries and do not allow guests to accept mail here or give out this address. All vehicles parked on the premises are parked at the risk of the owner. Guests are liable for any damage and/or theft at the apartment, premises, or property caused by the guests, their visitors, or other persons present in the apartment during the guests’ stay. Guests will be required to provide a scanned or photographed copy of their valid, government-issued photo ID during the virtual check-in process for the purpose of performing a background check or screening. The check-in time is at 4:00 p.m. and checkout time is at 10:00 a.m. Guests will be charged an early check-in fee of $25 for checking in earlier than 4:00 p.m. Guests will be charged a late checkout fee of $25 for any checkouts after 10:00 a.m. Guests cannot check-in early or checkout late without permission from the host. All designated fobs, keys, and parking passes must be left in the original lockbox. Failure to leave all access items behind will result in an immediate replacement fee of up to $450 per item. If the host determines that you have brought any infestation into the apartment or onto the premises, the host reserves the right to charge you for any and all costs and expenses that the host deems necessary to address the infestation.
