Property Ratings at 1260 Pennsylvania
DJ and his team are awesome landlords. In the three years that I have been a tennet, I have not had any complaints. If something needs fixed, it is typically resolved within the next business day. The building is constantly being cleaned and the floors are always mopped. You can tell that DJ really takes care of this building and it definitely shows. The location is also perfect for my needs. I can be downtown in 10min and pretty much walk everywhere when I am not driving to and from work. I highly recommend any of Terra Firma's apartments. Thank you.
