Looking to sublease our 1 bedroom + den which could be used as a second bedroom or office + 2 full baths + an in unit washer and dryer + a FREE parking space!!! This is by far the BEST building that I've ever lived in no exaggeration. From the building staff, to the community (including all of the cute dogs in the building) to the amenities. You'll have to come by and take a look at it for yourself. *gym with new equipment *beautiful patio with grills, a fire place and plenty of seating! + you can throw parties on the patio for FREE! *walking distance to all of the great bars and restaurants in the beautiful Jack London square *great neighborhood I'm attaching photos from the building's website to get a gist of what the building and floor plan looks like. I haven't had a chance to take any pictures of our actual unit, but would be more than happy to send some. The only thing that's different with our unit is that the floors are lighter than the one's in the picture. Our rent is about $3,400 including utilities (which is very fair considering what the other places around the area are going for for this amount of space and the type of upscale building this is). We'll even throw in a $1,000 plus you get to keep our security deposit. All you need to do is fill out an application, have good credit, be able to show that you have a good income and the rest is history! Now, for the golden question. If this place is so fabulous, why are you guys moving? We are moving into a house that got finished with construction a lot sooner than expected.
