Smoking and open flames are not allowed in the property. Violating house rules may result in reservation termination without refund and potential additional fees. Dishonest or abusive behavior will also result in reservation termination without refund. The property retains complete control and reserves the right to terminate any reservation for any reason without refund if there is any concern about harm to people or property, disturbance to neighbors, or harm to the property's reputation. If there is any reason to believe a party is intended, entry may be denied. Cleanup of human biomaterial will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee. Pets are not allowed unless expressly disclosed in your reservation details and will result in termination of reservation without refund if discovered. A $300 cleaning fee applies for cleanup of excessive pet hair. Stains on carpets or linens will incur an $89 cleaning fee per item or the cost to replace, whichever is higher. Smoking anything indoors incurs a $300 cleaning fee. There is a $170 re-keying fee for unreturned keys. Units found with unreasonable amounts of waste, in complete disorder, and/or “trashed” will be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee, or actual cost to clean, whichever is higher. Stays longer than 14 days are subject to an additional $120 deep cleaning fee. If security/fire department/police fees or other costs are incurred due to guest behavior, the guest will be billed the cost, with a minimum security fee of $150.
