We currently have a fully furnished Studio apartment located in the prime location of College Hill on the East Side of Providence which is available June 1. This unit is located within an owner occupied home and they are looking for a quiet tenant to occupy the space. The apartment is conveniently located within walking distance to Brown, RISD, downtown and all types of boutique shopping around the East Side of Providence. This unit is available immediately and comes furnished. There is a lovely additional room which could be used as an office or even could possibly be used as a small bedroom which could house a twin bed. It is a studio with a European style bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub, towel heating rack and a true luxury feel. There is use of the washer and dryer located just outside the apartment and there is a lovely back yard with patio furniture which would be a great place to study. This unit does not include parking but it is within walking distance to lots of exciting activities and there is street parking available in Providence if you purchase a permit.
