House is a 10 minute walk from UNC campus. Location is just off Franklin Street and has easy access to J, CW, and CM bus lines. House has 6 total occupants. Each oversized private bedroom (17 ft x 11.5 ft) can accommodate student office, bedroom furniture, full couch + TV setup, has ample natural light, large custom-built bookshelves, a walk-in closet, and a private wash sink. Rooms are arranged in suite pairs around a common shower and toilet cluster. Utilities (gas, water, electric, internet, etc.) typically average around $60 in total per occupant per month. The apartments includes a full kitchen, two full-sized fridges, large common room space with fireplace, in unit washer and dryer, parking lot (free for any/all visitors), and bike shed.
