I'm subletting a room for the winter semester (January to April --NEGOTIABLE if time needs to be extended or started earlier). Price is NEGOTIABLE. It is walking distance from Campus (2 min walk). The apartment is on The Second Floor of University Towers, which is the new part of UTowers. It comes fully furnished. Living room includes couches, tv, table, 4 chairs, coffee table. Bedroom includes bed, dresser, closet, desk, chair. It is four rooms, but you get your own room and a nice view of South U. Wifi and cable included. Two bathrooms so two people per bathroom. Washer and dryer right outside the front door. You only pay electricity (around $10-$20 / month). Right across Starbucks and No Thai and above Insomnia Cookies and Burgerfi (and many other restaurants and convenient stores!) FREE ACCESS TO POOL AND GYM!
