Lots of light from extra window being a corner unit, gas fireplace, storage closet off of deck, wood laminate floors in entry and kitchen, a programmable thermostat, and is on a great surprisingly quiet street across from Church open space. People loved the location and never had a problem parking on the street or in the rear parking lot. This is a non-smoking unit. Rent includes water and trash. Walking distance to CSU campus.
