Live in a unique midcentury modern/industrial/70s 3400 sf house with your own private suite with separate entrance through garage high atop Smiley Heights Drive in Redlands nestled among large majestic oak and olive trees with spectacular views of the valley from the pool deck. It feels like you are in the mountains but you're so close to amenities (about a mile from Redlands Community Hospital, three miles from downtown Redlands, five miles to Loma Linda University and Medical Center and the freeway). I have one other tenant who has his own separate entrance. There is a shared washer/dryer for both tenants. I live upstairs on the opposite side of the house with my 16 yo son who stays part-time. I am a professional who works from home and am looking for someone who is quiet and clean. The area is beautiful and quiet, and the two-bedroom suite is totally separate from the rest of the house and is the tenant's exclusive space. Tenant will have access to the pool and pool deck which is a great place to relax and enjoy the views. Street and driveway parking available. The tenancy includes all utilities, FIOS Internet, California king-sized bed frame and mattress, desk and dresser in one room, and small sofa, small table in the other (the photos shown in the blue room will not have the furniture pictured). There is a small kitchenette that includes an induction stove hotplate, a refrigerator, microwave, and toaster oven. You must like cats because the other tenant and I have a few. You also must like color because the master bedroom is bright teal blue and second room is dark blue, and the rest of the unit is gray.
