This bright upstairs apartment features a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living area with modern furnishings. Guests have full access to the apartment, including a private entrance, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and laundry. Pets are welcome at a cost of $10 per pet per day. Emotional support animals also fall under this requirement. This apartment is conveniently located near downtown SLC. Smoking or vaping is not allowed on the premises, and a $200 per day fee will be assessed for each day of the reservation if guests violate this policy. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. For unauthorized pets, a $250 fee will be assessed. If animals defecate or urinate on the floors, the guest will be responsible for payment for professional carpet cleaning services. If animals cause damage to the property, the guest will be responsible for paying for any repairs or replacement. Moving furniture is not allowed, and a $500 fee will be assessed if the cleaners have to move furniture to reset the property for the next guest.
