This is a very big bedroom with a private full bathroom. I am looking for 1 person who respects other people. Owner doesn't live there. Housemates are some nice male busy professionals.
Please: no pet, no smoking inside the house, no guests. Keeping quiet and cleaning up after yourself are expected. I can accept month-to-month but the required length of stay is 6 months or more. One-month deposit is required when moving in. Nice and quiet neighborhood, close to many parks. The room is ready for you to move in from April 24th, 2021 onwards.
