Absolutely fantastic 3 bedroom Apartment located on the 1st floor of a nice 3 family home. Freshly remodeled with shiny hardwood flooring. Big Kitchen with a pantry closet, lots of cabinets breakfast peninsula & granite counter tops. 3 good sized bedrooms with lots of closet space. Big remodeled bathroom with linen closet. This is a very nice unit in a Great location - close access to 391, 91 and Mass Pike, shopping, schools, etc. Off - street parking, small fenced yard, & coin operated washer & dryer in the basement. Tenant must have a verifiable source of income that is equal to or exceeds 3X's the monthly rent to qualify. ($3900). There is a NO SMOKING & NO PET policy. A full background check is performed, including review of any prior evictions. Good credit & good rental history is a must. Prospective tenants may apply for the apartment by filling out an application. There is a $35 per person document prep fee for all persons over the age of 18 years of age.
