KITCHEN Well-outfitted with all the tools you'll need to prepare and enjoy a wonderful meal. There's a back door through a "mud room" that leads to private parking, later to be converted into a yard area. BATHROOM Curved glass shower, pristine new tile, and sparkling clean. Sorry but we don't have a tub. Guests can access all but a locked cleaning closet. I love helping guests make the most of their time in our beautiful area and I live very close by, but I give my guests their space unless I'm asked to help out or say "hi" in person. I will be available throughout your stay and love to give advice on local restaurants, attractions, and adventures. You'll be right off Nevada and a few blocks south of Colorado Ave, so while mosts guests bring transportation, you can certainly catch buses from here with reasonable convenience.
