This 2-bedroom apartment features inviting living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and bathrooms complete with toiletries. Building amenities include a large outdoor pool (seasonal, open summer through Labor Day, closed in winter), an outdoor grilling area, a fitness center, an in-unit washer and dryer, and a smart TV with streaming apps installed. Enjoy complimentary coffee during your stay. There is a limited amount of parking available for $20 per day per car. Parking downtown in Cincinnati next to the stadiums is extremely scarce, so please let us know ahead of time so we can arrange parking for you. Nestled on the Cincinnati riverfront Banks neighborhood beside Great American Ballpark, Paul Brown Stadium, and The Andrew J. Brady ICON Music Center, this apartment delivers an energetic, diverse lifestyle at the heart of the action. A car isn’t necessary to explore the area, with restaurants, entertainment, and activities within walking distance. Lime and Bird electric scooters are also available for rent. The area is full of energy and charm, where the sounds of music, cheerful conversations, and the hum of the city may occasionally drift in, especially in the evenings. Most guests prefer to let themselves in with our automated entry system, but we are available upon request and always available via phone call or text message should any questions or issues arise. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No smoking or parties are allowed, and no outside guests are permitted without permission. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays (30 days or more) will be subject to a background search and credit check. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and there is zero tolerance, meaning police will be called for violating this rule.
