Biking/jogging trail right out front. Close to the U of Utah. Bus stop on the corner. Street parking is always reliably available. Private entryway. New complete remodel (2015) from unfinished state. Bamboo flooring, heated tile floor in bathroom. Euro frameless pseudo steam shower with Delta temp-assure fixtures - Maintains the same temperature even if water is used elsewhere. Outside exhausting fan gets shower steam out. Kohler Cimarron low flow toilet. Lighted vanity mirror with Delta touch20 xt faucet - can be used as a touch faucet, touchless proximity sensor, or traditional. New cabinets and appliances. Super market style pantry gives plenty of convenient food storage. Pull out garbage can drawer. Cabinet paneled dishwasher with smart dispense- you put a whole bottle of detergent in and only fill it a few times a year. New Induction range, boils water faster than gas, has outside exhausting range hood. LG French door stainless refrigerator with ice maker. Stainless microwave. Farm house style stainless sink with pull down faucet and disposal. Washer and dryer in the apartment. Walk in closet with wardrobe and plenty of hanging rods. Backyard (shared) patio with gas line Webber bbq. Top-down Hunter-Douglas blinds lets light in while providing street level privacy. Insulation blown into the ceiling dampens any shared noise. Bedrooms are on opposite side of the house so any late night tv watching won't be a bother to one another. Gas log fireplace. All LED dimmable lighting. We have three children (four on the weekend) between ages 6 and 11 living in the home upstairs. They are decently behaved, but you will hear footsteps through the ceiling and occasional voices through the solid wood door separating the downstairs and upstairs. That said, bedtime is 830 on weeknights, and a bit more relaxed on weekends and all the bedrooms upstairs are over the garage, the rental unit bedroom is under the dining room, so it is very quiet at night. Partially furnished, leather living room couch with pull out recliners. Coffee and end tables with lamps, oak wall display shelf, computer desk and chair, night stand and dresser. Breakfast table and four chairs. Flat screen TV (42 inch approx) mounted above fireplace. All options negotiable. If you have your own they can be removed, if you need additional we can arrange that too. House has solar panels and tankless water heater. Will never run out of hot water and surprise you mid shower! I try to keep a low energy footprint and looking for a like minded tenant. Lower level stays cool around 67-70 year round, but there are oil filled electric radiators for your use. Electric, gas, water, sewer, garbage, and 25mbit wireless internet all included!
