The open-concept dining room is located next to the kitchen and includes a dining table with seating for eight guests. The living room features an oversized L-shaped sectional with plush cushions, sofas, coffee tables, a designer rug, a flat-screen TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The backyard includes a patio with an outdoor dining set and a fully fenced yard. Free parking is available on the premises. House-trained pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). Complimentary laundry is included. Experience the best of Dallas! This bustling cosmopolitan is known for its sports, history, BBQ, and frozen margaritas. Some attractions you won’t want to miss are Reunion Tower, Perot Museum of Nature and Science, Deep Ellum, and AT&T Stadium. Smoking of any type is not allowed, and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. No parties or events are allowed. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. An additional nightly rate applies for groups of 7+ guests. The fireplace should only be used by those familiar with its operation and should not be left unattended.
