Located in the heart of Brickell, Miami’s vibrant financial district, this prime location offers a world of exciting attractions just steps away. Nearby highlights include Brickell City Centre, Mary Brickell Village, Bayfront Park, Kaseya Center, and Miami Beach. The property is not responsible for lost or stolen items or any damage in the parking lot. The condo is stocked with essential supplies for the first day. Each unit includes one physical key and one fob, with a smart lock system allowing for mobile app entry and multiple digital codes. A virtual fob can be purchased at the front desk for around $10. Washcloths are not provided. Noise should be kept to a minimum to maintain a peaceful community, and parties or loud gatherings are not allowed, with fines passed on to the responsible guest.
