Out front sit at your table and chairs outside your door and people watch on Wooster Street. The biggest decision each night will be where to have dinner as the famous pizza (Sally's and Pepe's) are down the street and a multitude of cafes to choose from are located on Wooster Street. Walk to the majestic park around the corner and weekly farmers market. A unique space to call home in the perfect location. Pets are allowed with landlord approval and a pet security deposit and one month security deposit. Excellent credit over 690 required please per the landlord. The over 70 trees create a beautiful setting for the festival, which includes exhibits, activities, live music, and food. This event attracts about 10,000 visitors. The park also hosts the weekly farmers' market.
