Living at 1177 is such a gift. Great neighborhood close to shopping of all kinds. Building is quiet and yes they have kids here. The community is welcoming to us seniors, families, and pets. I am thankful I found 1177 after taking my time to really vet places.

This is a wonderful community! 1177 Greens Farms Westport is a quiet, clean, friendly and exceptional place! It’s not fancy but its location is wonderful! With access to Compo Beach, great shopping and great restaurants in town. The Post Road gets busy during the day. But it’s a family town and surprisingly quiet in the evenings and weekend evenings. Kaira in the office is very sweet. She does a wonderful job and is so helpful! When you need maintenance, they are prompt and courteous. I definitely recommend this as a lovely town and apt to live in! Robin

Move in was smooth and my unit has exceeded my expectations! Lovely neighborhood and community. The luxury of comfort, convenience and concierge is the overall experience.

The office staff is amazing and very responsive. Neighbors are like a community. If anything ever needs to be fixed they are quick to get it done.

Living here has been the best. Quiet, Relaxing, Beautiful Community. I have lived in other communities where you can hear your neighbors in their apartments, but not here at 1177 Post Road East. There's a very clean and well kept gym, a community fire pit and social area, and the people here really make it home. I finally love where I live.

Ty is amazing. She is welcoming and always finds the answers to any questions. The outside area is so relaxing and well maintained. When there is a work order it is taken care of promptly.

Importantly, it's a welcoming and friendly community from the sales office to maintenance to all the residents.

We're delighted with the apartment and amenities we have at 1177 Greens Farms. The location is truly outstanding and convenient to all Westport has to offer. The apartment is nicely appointed, the building is well maintained, residents are very considerate of each other, and both Tyionna, in the office, and Danny, in maintenance, are very welcoming and helpful.

This has been my home since its opening in 2018. I love my apt and living here in Westport. Tyionna (in the office) is very cheerful, kind, hardworking and very responsive to any and all resident needs or input. I really appreciate her being here. She is a great presence at 1177 Greens Farms! Also, the Management Team is very diligent with the: yard, trees, outside sitting area. And needed repairs. They keep everything beautiful! They’ll be power washing next week which includes doing the porches and siding and concrete. Very nice. Also ,each year (like clockwork) they do fire inspections, and clean apt air filters and dryer vents. We never need to worry about living in a clean , safe, and well-maintained building. I really enjoy living here and I highly recommend it as a safe, clean, well-maintained place to call home!

I’m having the best apartment experience so far in Connecticut. The community is amazing and the location is a 10 out of 10. There are grocery stores, book stores, spas, the local library and Senior Center within a 5 minute drive. Traffic can sometimes be a bit stressful but you learn quick when the best times to do errands are. I recommend 1177 Greens Farms to anyone looking for a safe, beautiful, inclusive community.

Excellent and efficient Office and Building/ Maintenance Management. Residents are Cordial and Polite. The Building is safe and secure, with excellent amenities.

The building is always super clean. The area is very quiet and peaceful. Anytime Ty is there she is very happy and always sure to make sure everything is ok. I love living at 1177.
