Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families who want more than just a hotel room. The space - The apartment is located on the ground floor in the rear of the property. Follow the white stone driveway to Apt B. - Reserved parking space in front of the unit (5 steps away). - You have the entire apartment to yourselves, including a private patio behind the apartment. - Apartment consists of two bedrooms, one with a king size bed, the other queen size. - TV's are in each bedroom and in the living room. - The couch pulls out to become a sofa bed for overnight visitors. - Every effort has been made to make your stay feel like you are at home. - Electronic locks allow for 24/7 access. Other things to note COMMUNITY: This apartment is part of a triplex community. It is marked "B". There is a main house in front "A" and an Upstairs apartment "C". FREE PARKING: Every rental includes free parking on the property for one vehicle. Your car will be very safe. Just close the driveway gate behind you. Please don't block the driveways or allow visitors to do so. They might be towed. Entrance to the apartment is via a code which is provided the day of arrival. SECURITY CAMERAS: The property does have security cameras that face outside covering the yard, doors and window openings. We do not monitor on an on-going basis. They are there in the event something does happen. Up to this point (10 years later) nothing has. PETS: Most pets are welcome, but should be communicated with the Host before the arrival date. A pet fee of $30 per pet, per month, will be charged. Outside of the apartment, dogs should always be kept on a leash. SMOKING: Smoking of any substance is not allowed in the apartment. Guests may be charged for all damage caused by smoking inside the apartment including, but not limited to, stains, burns, odors, and removal of debris. Guest acknowledges that in order to remove odor caused by smoking, the Host may need to replace blinds, drapes and paint the interior walls regardless of when these items were last cleaned, replaced, or repainted. COMMUNICATION: Timely, courteous and respectful communication between Hosts, Guests and housekeeping staff is key to a successful stay.
