The property is situated in a quiet, Ballantyne neighborhood and is minutes away from premier shopping, restaurants, museums, family entertainment, nightlife, live entertainment, golf courses, outdoor recreation, and movie theaters. McAlpine walking trail access is right next to the property, which is good for bike riding. It's also close to the business park in Ballantyne for business travelers. Smoking or vaping of any kind is absolutely not allowed in the house or garage, and will result in a $500 fine for deep cleaning. Smoking is allowed outside in the backyard only. Please discard cigarette butts responsibly. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. Respect the neighbors; complaints from a neighbor will result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund. ID verification and a damage waiver purchase or credit card authorization hold are required prior to check-in. The property has a Ring doorbell camera that monitors the front of the property, and two additional exterior Ring cameras monitor the backyard and driveway. All cameras are visible, record video/audio, and will be on during every reservation. Events are allowed only with pre-approval from the host and agreement to abide by community terms. No more than 10 guests are allowed unless pre-approved by the host. No drop-by, unregistered guests unless pre-approved by the host.
