About This Property

This condo was updated in 2022 with a full remodel including new doors/windows, updated kitchen and bathroom, and an in-unit washer/dryer. One assigned parking space is included with plenty of additional guest parking available. The unit is located on the 3rd floor (of 5 floors total) with a view of the community pond and adjacent foothills from the exterior balcony. Proximity to the Movement climbing gym, Apex park, and Jefferson County RTD station. Downtown Golden approximately 2 miles away and connected to the property via multi-use trail. Great for walking or biking into town! Appliances include electric range and exhaust hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, wall/window AC units, and stacked washer/dryer. There is an enclosed outdoor storage closet off of the balcony. The neighborhood also has a clubhouse with a pool, hot tub, and sauna. The community center has a gym with an extensive amount of equipment available for use, as well as a community garden. Dogs and cats are both welcome, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed in the unit. Water, sewer, gas, and trash are all included. Tenants will need to provide electric and internet services. Unit has radiant heating and an integrated wall AC unit in the main living space. Window AC unit for bedroom space is also provided. Condo may be partially furnished or unfurnished depending on tenant preference. Please contact me to arrange a time to stop by for a showing. The unit will be available starting on 9/2/24, preferably for a 1 year or greater lease term. Availability and lease term are flexible depending on tenant needs.
