Alternatively, you can use The Fulton Parking Garage, located just 5 minutes from the property, though it is also not affiliated with the partner. An additional pet fee between $100-$300 will be collected separately, based on stay length, with a maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined) allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs. Located in the bustling Central Business District, this apartment is the perfect home base to explore the Big Easy. You can explore the lively streets of the French Quarter, discover the city’s jazz history, or enjoy world-class cuisine. Lafayette Square, Bourbon Street and Canal Street, Audubon Aquarium of the Americas, The National WWII Museum, Mercedes-Benz Superdome, and House of Blues are nearby attractions. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violating this rule. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a late fee of $75/hr. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through the verification portal. In some instances, you may be asked to complete a criminal background check.
