Although not fully fenced, the yard is very shaded and the view is a green screen between you and neighboring homes. Peaceful and secluded - you hardly feel like you are less than 7 miles to downtown. Lease length is a minimum of 9 months, however we have options! If you would prefer to have us remove the furnishings and rent the space unfurnished, that is also an option. We would also entertain a 12 month lease. Lawn and landscaping included. If you are bringing a household pet this property is friendly and negotiable with $35 per month pet rent and $350 pet fee (one time non refundable). Application fee $70 per adult.
