This building is part of a second complex located at Gardenia/Campbell, where you will have free access to an additional pool, hot tub, clubhouse, fitness center and raquet ball court. Move-in date is FLEXIBLE. Lease ends 8/1/18. Tenant will have the option to resign the lease at that time. Tenant must complete lease application through Village Park of Royal Oak (application fee of $60 per person) and pay security deposit (cost dependent on application) prior to signing lease.
