Welcome to my home! Absolutely loved living here and unfortunately can’t anymore due to living with too many people. Kitchen has been fully demolished and renovated as of April 2025. I am so excited for whoever ends up renting here!! Details: 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom 1950's condo with modern amenities fully furnished + starter kitchen items + bedroom + bathroom items (message for further details) in Denver, one block away from 9th and Co new construction! Trader Joe’s, bars, CVS, AMC theater all within a few blocks! Amenities included: designated parking spot, keyless entry to building and unit (phone app or code entry), 192 sqft balcony(680 inside), central A/C in summer and Heat in winter, dishwasher, secure laundry in building, and secure package room. Utilities included: electricity, air conditioning, heat, home owner's plex library of movies and TV shows, internet and water, access to package and laundry room. Pool opens Memorial Day Weekend, and requires a key. Unit is NOT pet friendly. Next Date Available: August 1st 2026 3 month leases starting out, but also negotiable.
