The leading offices is wonderful, and have been so helpful to me during the week pandemic. Maintenance staff is ON POINT and respond to issues immediately. However, as so noted earlier parking isn’t fair; and package delivery is very spotty. There is also nothing else provided to residents such as a pool or gym. I also wish that landscaping can occur in the afternoons instead of 8:00am…
So far 1111 Stratford has proven to be a great community with clean grounds and friendly staff.
They raise your rent by $300+ at renewal. Is the apt worth that much more? You hear pounding upstairs like someone is getting their 10K steps in 24/7.
It feels like home: Clean, safe & quiet.
The staff at 1111 is THE ABSOLUTE BEST. We've rented here for six years and love the community and the folks who work here.
Day one of my entrance to 1111 Stratford was a Blessing. I have had an enjoyable stay at my residence here at 1111 Stratford for the past year. The Manager and Office Staff are the Best. They are very friendly and courteous. If I ever need any assistance the staff is always welling to help and solve any situation that I may have had. The grounds are always well maintained, clean and safe.

My boyfriend and I chose this apartment because it was the nicest complex in the area for a decent price. We love that it is a new complex and everything is modern and up to date such as appliances and materials used. Our apartment is perfect sized for the two of us. There are no utilities included in the rent and you have to pay for parking which are a few of the downsides but it's close to I-95 and downtown Stratford which is really helpful too. Maintenance has responded to all our requests by the end of the next day which has been wonderful. Overall we love the place but wish some utilities were included in the rent for the price we pay.
I absolutely love my apartment here at 1111. When I moved into this current apartment, I had downgraded from a two bedroom to a studio and I don't regret it. The Studio is very large and I don't feel like I'm cramped for space at all. There's large windows, hardwood floors, washer/dryer in unit, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances in the kitchen and the bathroom is large and gorgeous. It really feels high end, especially for the price. The only downside is all utilities, except trash removal, are not included in the rent.
The apartment complex is relatively new but its being run by a very organized staff. They are on top of everything and keeps everything well maintained. Each apartment unit have a beautiful layout and comes with high efficient appliances(which means you'll save a lot of money on your monthly utility bill. Might be a lilttle exaggerated to say this but its a luxury living at an affordable monthly rent.
I recently relocated to the town of Stratford Ct & utilized apartments.com during my search . The property is brand new with great amenities & a dedicated team on staff . This is the best complex I've ever resided at . I highly recommend it to anyone who's looking to reside in Fairfield county. .
