One year lease, $2300/month + utilities (elec./gas, Internet. I pay water, trash, recycling) and a one month security deposit. Available Aug. 1, 2025 - July 31, 2026. No pets (cats negotiable). I had the entire unit painted in August 2024 and put in a new floor, vanity, toilet and sink in the bathroom. The appliances are fairly new as is the carpet.
