The security deposit is the same as rent and the tenant pays a percentage of the water and electric utility. Our manager is on-site and available Mon-Fri - 9:00a-5:00p for showings. We have an easy online application, the $64 application fee is refundable upon approval and move-In. Call for more information or to set a showing.
