About This Property

This newly built micro one bedroom is within walking distance of much of Woodland Park’s amenities. Located just west of Rampart Reservoir and across the street from the newly remodeled Memorial Park and the summertime Farmers Market. This is a ground level apartment featuring an attached Patio, 1 Assigned Off-Street Parking Space, Medium Kitchen, 3/4 Bathroom, Gas Stove/Oven, Small Dishwasher, Medium Refrigerator and a Gas Furnace. The security deposit is the same as rent and the tenant pays a percentage of the water and electric utility. Our manager is on-site and available Mon-Fri - 9:00a-5:00p for showings. We have an easy online application, the $64 application fee is refundable upon approval and move-In. Call for more information or to set a showing. We are a no burn property (NO SMOKING and nothing lit up in or on the property) and NO PETS. Gas, Post Office Box, Trash Service and WiFi are included with the rent.

Woodland Park is bordered by the Pike National Forest, and despite its motto as “the city above the clouds,” it still looks up to the towering Pikes Peak to the south. Known for its scenic surroundings, locals enjoy Woodland Park for its immediate access to expansive hiking trails and welcoming, laidback community.

There’s a small town atmosphere that encompasses Woodland Park. Most of the town’s offerings line West Midland Ave., and there’s everything from donut shops to popular delis that serve the area.
