Free street parking is available right outside the property on a first-come, first-serve basis. Overnight parking permits are required between the months of November to April and will be provided. Conveniently located just off Oxford St, this home is minutes away from Bellwood Plaza for groceries, LCBO, and eateries. It's also 5-7 minutes to Western University and Fanshawe College, with easy access to public transit. The home is located on a residential street just off Oxford Street, a few minutes away from Bellwood Plaza where you'll find everything you need from necessity to entertainment. Guests have easy access to city transit or can get anywhere by car. Access to the property is via a side door entry. There is a separate main floor unit that also hosts guests, but no spaces are shared. Use of the backyard space is not included with this unit. Quiet hours start at 10pm until 8am the following morning. Evidence of indoor smoking will result in a $1000.00 fine. Pets are welcome, but are not allowed on fabric couches/chairs and beds. Any evidence or damages as a result will require additional cleaning and will be charged back to your reservation. Guest will be charged $500.00 for breaking the rule of no parties and/or undeclared social gatherings. A surcharge of $100.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for unapproved guests. Security cameras monitor the entrance of the home for the safety and security of the home and our guests. Do not touch/tamper with these cameras; any form of tampering will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation.
